Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 August 2026
This policy explains how MyGolf-Digital handles information when you use our golf club management and scoring platform.
Information we collect
MyGolf-Digital collects the information needed to provide club membership, golf-day registration, scoring, handicaps, leaderboards, and account support. This may include your name, preferred name, contact number, club membership, profile photo, golf scores, handicap information, and registration or payment reference details.
Voice features
Voice scoring is optional and is used to help enter golf scores. Audio or speech input may be processed to recognize the score you provide. Hands-free voice game-management commands are currently disabled. You can continue using manual scoring and other non-voice features.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate members, maintain club records, calculate and display scores and handicaps, operate competitions and leaderboards, manage registrations, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve reliability and security. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers that host our database, storage, application, analytics, maps, payments, or other infrastructure. They may process information only to provide services to MyGolf-Digital and are expected to protect it. Club administrators may access information needed to manage their club and its competitions.
Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, server-side operations, protected database credentials, and encrypted connections where supported. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Account deletion and retention
You can request account deletion from your profile settings. A deletion request starts a 30-day holding period during which you may restore the account by logging in. After the holding period, personal details such as your name, contact number, PIN, and profile photo are permanently erased. Historical competition results may remain in de-identified form so club records and leaderboards remain accurate.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate club-record requirements. You may also choose not to use voice scoring. Contact your club administrator or the MyGolf-Digital support contact listed by your club to make a request.
Children
MyGolf-Digital is intended for golf club members and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our features, service providers, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
